Inspired by everything we love about Australian Old Mals surfboards, the Tappy CIRCA is a board with a lot of style. It has a sleek, streamlined rail, a belly bottom shape and a smooth, progressive rocker throughout, with a narrower nose that provides plenty of room for both feet in the front. The basic outline of the board is based on a pig with a wide tail, inspired by the boards of the 1970s when longboards evolved and became more like shortboards. Unlike traditional noseriders, this design focuses on control at the back of the board, allowing for radical turns, trims and stalls with only one fin. The concave on the front half of the board allows for smooth and stable noserides. The thin, slightly pinched 50/50 rails allow the board to bite into the wave for better control. This model is popular with both men and women.
